One Sun becomes Senersun
The French PV company One Sun, announced this week that from October 15th, 2010, its new commercial denomination will be changed to Senersun, as a step forward to the company’s branding efforts and to reposition Senersun with its group company Senergy Corporation.
With this name change and following its fast international growth, Senersun enters into a new era of marketing activities towards its customers, while focusing on bringing the best quality solar panels from China. Senersun's own factory will be officially inaugurated in November this year, which will bring up the company's capacity to 180MW/year, of both monocrystalline, polycrystalline, and thin film panels.
Alexandre Minuzzo, CEO of Senergy Corp. and its subsidiary Senersun, commented on this corporate change: "With this brand change, we refocus our message on a more corporate level. While our two companies continue to act independently, we now link our strengths together to offer more competitive products to our customers. Senersun will continue to provide high-end solar panels and focus on serving small and medium size downstream PV players, while Senergy will maintain its activity at the up and mid-stream levels.
Senersun' fast growth in the last months has also pushed the company to move its Asian headquarters to a new office in Shanghai in November this year. The new office will centralize the company’s manufacturing and processing operations, while the European sales and after-sales service will continue to be developed in Marseille, France.
Senersun will be present at the forthcoming trade show Energaïa, taking place in Montpellier, France, between the 8th and 11th of December (hall 9, booth number C9501). For more information, please visit www.senersun.com or you can also contact Senersun directly at marketing@senersun.com.
